Has 2020 been a year you’d almost rather forget? 2020 has provided so many stories around the world of desperation, depression and a desire for better.
It’s been a year full of dark days on a global scale. But, there’s been some light at the end of the tunnel here and there. Our Ohana - the tribe of coastal-loving, vivacious & upbeat following - has been a source of light and encouragement all year.
As a holiday gift from Ocean Soul to you, we invite you to dive deeper in the push to amazing we’ve been aiming at since we started this adventure!
What sort of traditions have you been enjoying since you could first remember? Whether it was going to see your favorite holiday season play (Christmas Carol for most of us), or throwing on your heaviest winter coat to go lift your neighbor’s spirits through caroling, everyone should have something positive about the season they remember.
Even if you don’t have something positive to warm you from the inside this season, we want to say, “Happy Holidays from us to you!” Whether it’s Christmas, or Hanukkah, or Kawanzaa…maybe even “Festivus for the Restuvus…” What’s stopping you from truly enjoying YOUR life?
For each and every member of the Ocean Soul team, 2020 was the year of focus! “Hindsight is 2020.” So we took a lot of time to reflect on the almost 11 years+ we’ve been building our brand of outdoorsy fun. We’re so grateful for every connection we’ve made along the way.
We’re stoked for the next stages of our brand’s evolution: Our First Brick & Mortar shop, expanding our social footprint to reach more Ohana; positioning ourselves to be able to be active in our natural environment (New living situation on Marco Island); Ultimately making way more room for WAY more members of our Global Ohana!
So, as we wind down 2020 - a year that made BIG history - we’re so blessed and thankful to be able take such a huge step into the future! With the new home on Marco Island will come brand new content (videos & pictures), and brand new treasures. It’s time we take Ocean Soul up a few notches!
One of our next big initiatives is the management and updating of our YouTube Channel - our biggest challenge has been having access to the environment that is the center of our heart and souls. We’re beyond fortunate to have the opportunity to grow in this way. Not sure how to keep up with us on the platform? It’s easy!
You can access it from your phone, tablet, desktop computer! The good news is that phones and tablets come with the app pre-loaded. All you have to do is get setup/logged in with your very own profile!
