- Orders placed on Friday after 4pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

The package will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, and the customer assumes all responsibility for it’s arrival once shipped. Please take the time to enter in your information correctly and carefully. It is very important and will minimize stress for all parties!
OUR CURRENT DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS SHIPPING (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
All Domestic orders placed with Ocean Soul will be given a tracking number and courier contact information. Please allow at least 24-48 business hours for tracking to be updated by the courier.
OUR CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS (7-14 BUSINESS DAYS)
Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.
Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.
*By placing an order with Ocean Soul, the customer acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for the tracking of the package to be delivered to the destination given to Ocean Soul during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Postal Service Domestically or Internationally.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us here at Ocean Soul. An item may be submitted for return request within 7 days of purchase. The consumer must contact Customer Service to start the return process. An item will be deemed eligible for return if unworn, and in salable condition. All items must be returned in original packaging, with the packing slip enclosed.
Custom items and or made to order pieces are final sale, and they cannot be returned for a refund.
Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment provided at checkout. All cash sales will be refunded via company check within 7 business days of receiving the return. A consumer may request an exchange or credit for their return. If the item returned was received as a gift, the amount of purchase will be granted for the gift in form of Ocean Soul Merchandise Credit. This credit can be used in store, on the website, or for the live shows.
Returns will be accepted via mail at the address provided, or you may return them to the Ocean Soul Marco Island Store location. The consumer must have contacted Customer Service prior to returning to the store location.
The consumer is solely responsible for the cost and method of return shipping back to Ocean Soul.
**Exclusions do apply…If your item was damaged/received wrong item upon delivery, please notify Customer Service within 72 hours for a return label to be sent out to you. All items must be returned in original packaging, with the packing slip enclosed. If you do not contact customer service regarding a damaged item within this required frame and you return the item with no packing slip, you will receive a store credit for the lowest sale price of the item.
