Product Care Daily Care: Ensure your Ocean Soul jewelry stays dry. After each use, delicately polish your piece with a soft cloth to maintain its shine and remove any residue.

Storage: When not wearing your jewelry, store it in the provided pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratching and minimize tarnishing. For extended periods of non-wear, use an air-sealed bag and store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to prolong its longevity.

Prevention: Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals like chlorine or cleaning products. Refrain from wearing it during activities such as exercising, cleaning, showering, or swimming. Apply lotions, perfumes, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry to prevent any potential damage.

Silver Care: Use a mild dishwashing detergent solution for gentle cleaning and avoid prolonged soaking of silver, as it can impact finishes. Harsh liquid or dip cleaners can damage your jewelry, so it's best to avoid them altogether. If uncertain, please contact us before using any jewelry cleaner. For sterling silver tarnish, use a polishing cloth.

Gemstone Care: For delicate gemstones like pearls, opals, malachite, and turquoise, use a soft brush and mild soap solution to clean them, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Refrain from using harsh liquid or dip cleaners, and avoid storing gemstones in direct sunlight or near heat sources. Store pearl jewelry separately to prevent scratching.

Leatherย Care: Regularly wipe leather jewelry with a soft, dry cloth for daily care. For minor stains, use a damp cloth with a mild soap/leather cleaner, then pat dry completely before storing or wearing. Occasionally condition the leather with a leather jewelry conditioner to maintain suppleness, and minimize water exposure. Avoid wearing leather jewelry during exercise, showering, or swimming, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Repair & Refurbish

Should your Ocean Soul jewelry ever need repair or refurbishment, we offer a simple and usually affordable process to ensure you continue to enjoy your jewelry for a lifetime.

How to Submit a Repair Request: Begin a chat on our website with a support agent to initiate the process. Upon receiving your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the provided shipping label and attach it to the package. Securely pack your jewelry to prevent damage during transit.ย 

Ocean Soul Limited Warranty Policy: Ocean Soul jewelry is covered by a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

Whatโ€™s Covered: This warranty covers repairs for mechanism flaws (clasps, hinges, bales) and loose sea glass, shells, or stones.

Whatโ€™s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or damage due to negligence, cracked seashells (within 30 days), natural tarnishing that develops over time, and damage to pieces purchased from unauthorized retailers.

If you are not covered, we will provide a clear and detailed quote before proceeding with any recommended repairs. You can choose to proceed with the repair or have your jewelry returned to you for a return shipping fee.
