What if you could visit your own Ocean Soul paradise oasis? The Marco Island Expansion has started, and our first moves were big ones!
Taking on something new and big can be a daunting task for sure. The “What ifs…” start rolling in. For the last 11 years we’ve been growing Ocean Soul by meeting all obstacles head on. Working to open our very first physical shop on Marco Island is our next big task.
And, boy are we ever stoked and ready to work hard as we begin work on our build out in the Esplanade Shoppes at Marco Island!
Wouldn't it be awesome to meet other like-minded ocean lovers? Our Ohana deserves a place to catch the Ocean Soul vibe in person. We're creating that space in our retail space!
You better believe that we're eagerly anticipating opening our doors in 2021! But first...here's what's been going down on Marco Island so far:
Gutted!
After signing the lease for the space, we got to work on the first steps towards making it our own. Previous business wall decor & carpeting were pulled up. The First Mate, Jonah Kai had a blast sweeping up and "Captain Avocado" & Captain Blackman got their work out too.
We’re super stoked to be partnering with Paradise Design|Build on our oasis renovations. After searching long and hard, we decided that they were the perfect company to work with. Our goal is to bring a Caribbean chill to our in-store experience, and the designs that Greg & his team are creating fit perfectly.
We wanted a rustic, upscale elegance from the second our customers walk through the front door. A quick look through Paradise’s website / social media feed, and you’ll see why it was a no brainer for our project.
We’re also really happy with our time at the Esplanades after hours. The food was amazing! The lighting got us right in the holiday spirit. The music! We couldn’t have asked for a more inviting place for this expansion.
It’s a blessing that we’re in a position to expand as 2020 comes to a close. The nervous excitement is building daily for what’s coming in 2021.
